The breakfast here was substantial and delicious, especially the crepes.

Sincerely, it was a perfectly pleasant stay for a night after a tiring long drive. The breakfast was large, it offered variety of fabulous food. Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees were not very helpful. The location was great, to the 4 Cantons Metro stop and the interior design was excellent.

Only 5 minutes drive to the old stock exchange. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose olivarius. Cite Scientifique subway station was just walking distance from the hotel.

The spacious and modern units come with a bath, shower, and a pull-out sofa.

We had an appartment and there is too much noise from the hall in the front room. As you close the door and sleep in the other room the only noise you have is from the road next to the hotel. Remote control missing, bath stop missing. Hotel is not as luxuary as shown on their web site.

The breakfast in the café is generous with croissants and crepes and cheese. Would book here again, really enjoyed its location...

Excellent service : I requested a quite room further from the foyer and I got a really quite room (room nr. 33) on the grond floor behide the reception with both bedrooms facing the garden. Furthermore, rooms are clean and functional. Breakfast are great and breakfast staffs are very helpful. I will certainly come back again. By the way, we were not being charged for the parking (EUR 9,00).

The hotel staff were excellent! They spoke English and accomodated my every request with a smile. The breakfast was a nice touch..lots of selection to start a nice day. Well done! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will go back there myself.

Clean and well-maintained place to stay, which is always a plus. The location is perfect and fantastic - everything we needed was just a short walk away 🚶.

This hotel is very good value for money and very convenient for family bookings due to the easy access by car of the location. I really appreciated the layout of rooms as well as the self catering provisions. My kids especially liked the table-top football game in the courtyard/foyer as well as the fact that hot pancakes were available for breakfast. I had read earlier reviews before booking the hotel which worried me a little regarding some guest experiences with cleanliness and noise from the foyer. We were there with our two kids both under the age of 8 and did not find the low level conversation noise from the foyer any trouble at all, nor did I spot any signs of uncleanliness which I was actually looking out for.

The bed in the first room was right next to the door leading to the apartment. It meant we felt compelled to move our kids into the master room instead rather than having them sleep by the entrance.
